Lavon Banks is the founder and CEO of iVon Digital marketing, with experience managing teams and profitable small business campaigns. Her background in brand strategy, traffic, and account management inform her mindful but competitive approach. Lavon is fueled by her passion for liberating entrepreneurs and small business owners that are often burdened with way too many tasks to simply keep their business a float. She considers herself a ‘forever student,’ eager to both build on her academic foundations and stay in tune with the latest digital marketing strategies through continued coursework.
Her hunger for knowledge and determination to turn information into action has contributed to her most recent success. Meanwhile, she vastly improved the productivity of her team by implementing strategic lead & nurturing methods and ensuring a work-life balance for her team &partners.
Lavon believes mindfulness in business is key to success – a tenet she lives out through her interests in the Bible, meditation, family, theatre, personal development and gratitude. Lavon is looking forward to connecting with you!
